Our Heart & Calling
Started in 2023 and incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2024, Life Sentence in Christ Ministries serves individuals and families who have experienced—or are currently experiencing—brokenness, as well as justice-impacted and marginalized communities. Through Christ-centered discipleship, mentoring, and community outreach, we walk alongside those impacted by incarceration, trauma, and injustice.
Founded by Sithy Bin and Rose Solorio, our ministry exists to bring hope, healing, and restoration through Jesus Christ. We believe no story is too broken for God to redeem, and we are committed to helping individuals and families experience new life, purpose, and lasting faith.
This pardon is more than a legal victory—it is a testimony of God’s restoring grace, faithfulness, and redeeming power at work.

Meet Rose and Sithy
Rose Solorio is a compassionate servant-leader, encourager, and co-founder of Life Sentence in Christ Ministries. Her heart for people flows from her deep faith and lived experience walking through seasons of hardship, perseverance, and healing. With a gift for listening, praying, and supporting others, Rose brings warmth, wisdom, and emotional strength to the ministry. She is especially passionate about walking alongside women, families, and individuals navigating stress, loss, and transition, helping them rediscover hope and confidence in God’s promises.
Sithy Bin is an ordained minister, community advocate, and co-founder of Life Sentence in Christ Ministries and Made New Foundation. A formerly incarcerated and formerly detained individual, Sithy’s life stands as a testimony to the transforming power of Jesus Christ. Through faith, discipline, and perseverance, he has rebuilt his life as a spiritual leader, nonprofit founder, educator, and licensed real estate professional. Today, Sithy uses his story, training, and lived experience to mentor, teach, and empower others to walk in freedom, purpose, and abundant life in Christ.
Together, Rose and Sithy are committed to serving with humility, integrity, and love—walking with individuals and families as they experience restoration through Jesus Christ.
